Agreement to Terms

Eligibility and Age Verification

Minimum Age
You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on the l89y platform. Staff and Associates
Employees, directors, officers, agents, consultants and contractors of l89y, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold accounts or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the l89y platform. l89y reserves the right to void any winnings and close any account found to be in breach of this clause.
Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the l89y platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. l89y is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.
4.1
One Account Policy
Opening more than one account on the l89y platform is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, l89y reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, withhold any winnings pending investigation, and permanently ban the player from the platform. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support rather than creating a new account.
4.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. l89y will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify l89y support immediately via live chat.
4.3
KYC Verification
l89y reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. You may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of funds pending verification.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the l89y platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. l89y does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name and match the details on your l89y account.
5.1
Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum deposit on the l89y platform is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account status. l89y reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time and to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits. All deposit limits are displayed within your account settings and at the payment step during the deposit process.
5.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method but l89y aims to process all approved withdrawals within 24 hours. Withdrawals may be subject to verification checks before processing. l89y reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where there is any concern about the source of funds or account activity.
5.3
Currency and Conversion
The l89y platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. All account balances, bet amounts, winnings and bonus values are displayed and settled in BDT. l89y is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or fees applied by your bank or mobile financial service provider outside of the l89y platform itself.
Bonuses and Promotions
l89y offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.
6.1
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in specific bonus terms, all bonuses awarded to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the terms attached to each bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied in full.
6.2
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in each promotion. l89y reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, or other factors at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers, engaged in bonus arbitrage, or used multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times are not eligible for promotional offers and may have their accounts suspended.
6.3
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and associated free spins expire after the validity period stated in the applicable bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically. l89y is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published with each offer. It is your responsibility to track the expiry dates of bonuses in your account.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games and betting markets available on the l89y platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall govern with respect to that specific game or market. l89y uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair outcomes.
7.1
Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on the l89y platform are subject to acceptance by l89y. l89y reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, where a market has been suspended, where the odds displayed were incorrect due to a technical error, or where there is reason to suspect that the integrity of an event may be compromised. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are binding on both the player and l89y.
7.2
Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds or balances, l89y reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their state immediately prior to the error. l89y is not liable for any winnings paid as a result of a technical error and reserves the right to recover such amounts from your account balance.
7.3
Collusion and Match Fixing
Any player found to be engaging in collusion with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or participating in any activity related to match fixing or the manipulation of sporting events will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and all funds withheld pending investigation. l89y cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of match fixing and related integrity matters.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89y platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform. l89y reserves all legal rights in relation to prohibited activities and may refer matters to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
8.1
Fraudulent Activity
Fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, and the deliberate provision of false information to l89y at any time, is strictly prohibited. Any account associated with fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation. l89y will pursue recovery of any losses incurred as a result of fraudulent activity through all available legal means.
8.2
Money Laundering
Using the l89y platform for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited. l89y maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and monitors account activity for suspicious patterns. l89y reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players are reminded that gambling platforms are not a mechanism for converting illicit funds into clean funds.
8.3
Automated Play and Software Exploitation
The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software for financial gain is also prohibited. Any winnings generated through prohibited automated or exploitative means will be voided and the account suspended.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

The l89y platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. l89y makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the platform. l89y does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.
Amendments, Suspension and Termination
l89y reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any aspect of the platform, including individual games, betting markets, payment methods, promotional offers and account features, at any time and without prior notice, where operationally necessary. l89y also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory requirement, or any other reason that l89y considers sufficient in its sole discretion.
On termination of your account for any reason, any pending bets already accepted and confirmed by l89y will be settled in accordance with these Terms and normal settlement procedures. Any balance remaining in your account following settlement of all pending bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that there are no outstanding compliance, fraud or money laundering investigations relating to your account. In cases where funds are held pending investigation, l89y will notify you of the hold and the expected timeline for resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support team, it may be escalated to l89y management for review.
